ReProvision is one of the popular alternatives to Cydia Extender. Developed by Matt Clarke, the tool lets you sign any IPA file or third-party apps that are not available on the official Apple App Store. Hence, it comes without a doubt that the tool is extremely popular among iOS users who want to extend the functionality of the iOS operating system running on their iPhone/iPad.
