The jelbrekTime jailbreak is compatible with watchOS 4.1 on Apple Watch Series 3 as it works on v0rtex exploit. Since, the exploit has been fixed in watchOS 4.2, it can’t work on it. But with some changes in the code, it can also run on older versions of watchOS and Apple Watch.
