The game had already flipped past all popularity levels even when it was undergoing development. Now, since the game has been released, few players who were lucky enough to get early access invites have claimed that the game is a masterpiece. [How-To] Play Fortnite Mobile on Unsupported iOS Devices

  • First of all, please download Filza Escaped File Manager on your iOS device from the provided link. You need to make sure that your device is running on iOS 11. In case, your iOS device doesn’t supports iOS 11 operating system then this method won’t work.
  • Once you have downloaded and installed the respective file manager please navigate to the following path: /var/containers/Bundle/Application/Fortnite/FortniteClient.app/
  • At the end of this path you will find a file named as Info.plist.
  • Please open up root and navigate to “UISupportedDevices” and you can enter in your device in this list. Thereafter, please save the plist file.
  • Post saving the file it is required that you reboot your iOS device and re-launch the game again. I am sure the game will start working if you have followed the above mentioned steps correctly.

However, I will like to add that even though you are able to play the game on your unsupported iOS device the graphics won’t be as good as on supported devices. Moreover, the game requires at least 2 GB of RAM to work perfectly. Hence, it is better to upgrade to a new iOS device which fulfills the requirements to experience the game in a better fashion.

  2. Thanks so much! Just one question, when it says write in your device into the uiunsupported devices I don’t what to write I have an iPad Air 1 can you please tell me what I sould write to match my device? Thanks!

  3. Uuuh, UISupportedDevices doesn’t exist anywhere in the files. Is there any other way to do it on the 7th of may 2018? Thanks in advance.

  4. Fixing all your issue here. if you are unable to use filza, go back to 11.2, to do the fortnite files now, because they dont have the UISupportedDevices, simply find the UIMinimumRequirements and delete the lines that have arm64 and metal.
    good luck

    1. You got to go to apple’s website for your iPad somewhere, or maybe in settings in like ‘about this iPhone’ or just search it up, they have different codes for the names of their products, I have a MacBook air 2016 and it is called ‘MacBookAir7,2’ in the hardware overview of the system report, and I remember seeing it somewhere on their website. I haven’t tried anything but I think it might work if you find the code for your device and put that instead, however that is quite old, are you sure it is on iOS 11, or is an iPad air first gen
