According to the members of the jailbreak community, the working solution to fix the exploiting 2/38 and 27/38 stuck issue is to update to UnC0ver 3.0.0 Beta 31. Apart from updating to Beta 31 version, you also require making sure that RootFS Restore option is toggled ON before jailbreaking. In order to make things more smooth, please jailbreak your iOS device in Airplane Mode and toggle OFF the option of ‘Find my iPhone.’ If you are witnessing that the jailbreak is getting stuck again, keep on jailbreaking until you finally see the process succeed. Keep in mind that for some users it even took 8 to 10 tries to finally see Cydia on their home screen.
